Product no. 66: Bulb

The bulb on this picture is a traditional one.

A new energy saver bulb has been bought.

Tightened to its position, the bulb is a no-show.

To be sure, the lamp was tried with the old bulb; it is lit as always.

The location of the thread in the lamp is not pair with the new bulb. Looking again the second picture, it appears that the energy saver bulb is clearly fatter at the threaded end, which makes that the side of the socket collides with the bulb glass disallowing the bulb to reach the end position and to make electrical contact.
