Like many of the home appliances (and many other product articles) sold today, the product is contained in a package which is made of strong plastic, and has been made so tight that you cannot open it by hand. You need scissors or knife. Why is that, anyone know?

Here is the brush set on a table. A further question arises: why is the battery charger deck made so small that it easily tips with the brush in place.

Here is more: When new accessories (the brushes themselves) were bought, they were contained in two separate plastic packages, one inside the other.
